Discovery is a guided process that helps you evaluate and define your website needs and provides us with the framework we need to begin crafting your vision.
We start by gathering information about your business through interactions with your team and through our own independent research. This information includes a products/services overview, business goals, customer demographics, brand details, site analytics, competitive analysis, and more.
We provide a helpful worksheet that will help you think about all the important details of the upcoming project.
We’ll review the data to get a thorough understanding of who you are and what you want to accomplish with your new site. Using your goals as a guide, we’ll create documentation outlining each unique page, as well as the site menus, header, and footer.

Step 4: Deployment
Once development is complete it will be time to begin the website testing & deployment process. During this time we will work together to go through your site and test all functionality (email forms, checkout process, third-party plugins, etc), website responsiveness, and overall look & feel.
If we find any issues, we will resolve them and ensure that your new site is ready for the world to see and use.
Once your site is approved it will be ready for launch. At this point we will migrate your site from the development environment to the live production server. In many cases this will include configuring server DNS records, setup & configuration of email accounts, installation of SSL certificates, SEO friendly 301 redirects (if you had a previous site), Google analytics installation and other tasks specific to your project. Once completed, you will have a new website ready to make your business a success!
